Hosting: $0.05 per Complete. A Complete remains billable even if it is later excluded or removed from the final dataset.

Simple Survey — $99.90

Complex Survey — $299.90 · including MaxDiff, Conjoint, algorithms/custom logic and Heat Map.
Advanced Research Programming — $499.90 · healthcare patient-chart/chart-review studies, interactive clinical case studies, repeated record workflows, advanced custom JavaScript/jQuery/CSS requirements, highly customized routing or calculations, and other specialist programming that requires additional QA.
Managed programming fees are starting prices per project and remain subject to final questionnaire scope. Hosting charges apply to RFR-hosted Completes. Managed-programming clients may use Survey Studio reporting for assigned surveys without purchasing Self Service; direct building/editing requires the Self Service subscription.
