1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use RFR, we may collect account and business contact information, company details, login/session information, research specifications, feasibility inputs, survey questionnaires, survey response/field metadata, saved project information, support communications, billing records and technical usage/security data.
2. Feasibility inputs
Advanced Feasibility may process structured audience criteria and free-text research-target descriptions. Customers should avoid entering unnecessary personal data, respondent-identifying information, payment-card details, passwords or confidential health records into feasibility fields.

4. Technology and service providers
VimoMR may use vetted service providers for cloud infrastructure, databases, email, analytics, security, payment processing and artificial-intelligence-enabled processing. We disclose only information reasonably needed for the relevant service and expect providers to handle it under their applicable contractual and security obligations.
5. Payments
For manually invoiced products, VimoMR may retain invoice number, payment reference, payment-confirmation date and access status for billing, support, reconciliation and audit purposes. Customers should not enter card numbers, CVV values, passwords or one-time passwords into VimoMR product forms.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell customer personal information as a standalone product. Information may be shared with service providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction, subject to applicable safeguards.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate accounts and projects, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, satisfy financial/legal obligations and support legitimate business needs. Retention periods may differ by data type.
8. Security
VimoMR uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service, including access controls and protected server-side processing. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices
Customers may request reasonable access, correction or deletion of account information, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, contractual and record-retention requirements. Subscription cancellation is governed by the Cancellation & Refunds policy.
10. Children
The VimoMR customer platform is intended for business and professional users and is not designed for children.
