1. Scope
These Terms apply to the VimoMR website, Public Feasibility, Customer Portal, Advanced Feasibility and Survey Studio. Separate proposals, purchase orders, statements of work or master agreements may apply to managed research and programming services.
2. Customer accounts and access
Customers must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential and use VimoMR services only for lawful business and research purposes. A single VimoMR customer account may provide access to multiple entitled products. Survey Studio survey/data access is scoped to surveys assigned to that customer account.
3. Feasibility guidance
Feasibility outputs, incidence assumptions, audience estimates, pricing guidance, panel-addressability assessments and recommended commitments are planning estimates, not guarantees.
4. Survey Studio
Survey Studio provides research-programming, hosting, field-monitoring, data-quality, reporting and export functionality. Customers remain responsible for questionnaire content, lawful data collection, appropriate disclosures/consents and their use of exported data. VimoMR may apply security, fair-use and technical safeguards.
5. Survey hosting meter
For RFR-hosted Survey Studio studies, the published hosting rate is $0.05 USD per Complete unless a written agreement states otherwise. A response becomes billable when it first reaches Complete status. A later quality exclusion, test-ID removal, client rejection or other removal from the analytical dataset does not reverse the hosting event. Terminated, Quota Full and incomplete responses are not charged as Completes under this meter.
6. Survey Studio subscription
Survey Studio Self Service is $149.90 USD per month and is billed by manual VimoMR invoice unless a written agreement states otherwise. Self Service authorises direct survey building/editing for the entitled customer account. Customers without Self Service may still receive reporting/data access to RFR-managed surveys assigned to their account.
7. Advanced Feasibility subscription and included access
Advanced Feasibility has a standard standalone price of $10 USD per month. Customers request access and VimoMR may approve complimentary/demo or paid access; paid access uses manual VimoMR invoicing. Active Survey Studio Self Service includes Advanced Feasibility at no additional fee. VimoMR may also provide complimentary Advanced access to qualifying research clients based on configured project-volume and billing thresholds; qualification may be recalculated periodically.
8. Managed programming
Published managed-programming starting fees are Simple $99.90, Moderate $149.90, Complex $299.90 and Advanced Research Programming $499.90, subject to questionnaire scope and written confirmation. Complex work can include MaxDiff, Conjoint, algorithms/custom logic and Heat Map. Advanced Research Programming is intended for healthcare patient-chart/chart-review studies, interactive clinical case studies, repeated record workflows, specialist custom code or other highly customized studies requiring additional QA. Material scope changes may require revised pricing.
9. Renewal and cancellation
Paid digital products are invoiced manually by RFR. Access is enabled or continued after VimoMR records the applicable paid, complimentary/demo or included status and may be suspended for non-payment or on customer request. Ending a paid product does not remove Public Feasibility.
10. Customer inputs and respondent data
Customers remain responsible for information and questionnaire materials they submit. Do not put payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information into free-text product fields. Survey response data may be processed to provide hosting, routing, quality review, reporting and exports.
11. VimoMR technology and fair use
VimoMR software, workflows, scoring, interfaces, documentation and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to RFR. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, credential sharing, attempts to bypass access controls or use that creates disproportionate infrastructure/service cost may be restricted.
12. Third-party services, availability and liability
VimoMR may use cloud, analytics, payment, communication, security and AI technology providers. Services may be maintained or improved over time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VimoMR is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss from temporary service unavailability or reliance on planning estimates.
