Digital access
Customer accounts access eligible products online. Survey Studio Self Service and standalone Advanced Feasibility are enabled electronically after VimoMR approves the applicable paid, complimentary/demo or included access status. RFR-managed Survey Studio reporting access may be assigned to a customer account without a Self Service subscription.
Delivery timing
Digital access is normally enabled shortly after account/payment confirmation. Security review, payment authentication, maintenance or account verification can occasionally delay activation.
No shipping charge
VimoMR does not charge physical shipping, courier or delivery fees for digital subscriptions. Survey Studio usage-based hosting and separately quoted research services are commercial service charges, not shipping fees.

If paid access is not activated as expected, contact support@vimomr.com with the account email and payment reference. Never send full card details or CVV by email.
