Advanced Feasibility billing
Standalone Advanced Feasibility is $10 USD/month by manual VimoMR invoice unless access is included through Survey Studio or an VimoMR Client Benefit.
Monthly subscription cancellation
Advanced Feasibility and Survey Studio Self Service are invoiced manually. Customers may ask VimoMR to stop future service/invoicing by contacting support@vimomr.com. Unless required by law or stated at checkout, paid access continues through the current paid billing period.
Refund requests
Subscription fees for a billing period that has begun are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where VimoMR determines a refund is appropriate, including duplicate or clearly erroneous charges.
Survey hosting charges
Survey Studio hosting is usage-based at the applicable per-Complete rate. A Complete that was successfully hosted remains billable even if the response is later excluded from the analytical dataset. Billing errors or duplicate hosting-meter entries will be reviewed and corrected where verified.
Managed research/programming charges
Managed programming, sampling, recruitment and other research-project charges are governed by the applicable quote, purchase order, statement of work or agreement.
